The hotel opened on July 2^nd 1948 with roots dating back to 1935.

The hotel has been expanded several times to respond to the public's increased demands for comfort and service. The hotel is the first in Norway to be heated with bio-energy. Tradition, quality and a pleasant atmosphere are the hotel's trademarks.

In the restaurant we offer lunch and dinner all week, a la carte, 3 and 5 course dinners, Sunday buffet. We have premises for all celebrations, large or small.
